Buttermilk Ranch


Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

1 clove of garlic

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

½ tsp of vinegar

1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce

2 tblsp of fresh dill (minced)

¼ cup of Italian leaf parsley (finely chopped)

1 cup of real mayo (or you can make your own)

½ cup of sour cream

¼ tsp of paprika


Pint size mason jar (I use wide mouth, but regular is fine too)

Directions: Mince garlic with a knife or I use my pampered chef garlic press.  Grab your mason jar and combine everything but the buttermilk.  Mix everything together and then add the buttermilk to a consistency of your liking.  You can also adjust the seasonings as needed or add cayenne pepper if you want a kick to it.  Chill for a few hours and enjoy!  You might need to add more buttermilk as this will thicken in the fridge the more it sets.

*This beats Hidden Valley Ranch anyday!  This goes great on salads, use it as a spread for burgers or dip your veggies in it!!!
